Pindrop is a daily geography game by Yo Ventures. It turns a map into a simple challenge: how close can you get to five cities?

Every daily run visits five world regions. The cities progress from familiar places to harder discoveries. Place your pins, see what you learned, and compare a score out of 500 with friends.

Made for a daily moment of curiosity

The daily game is shared by all players and resets at 00:00 UTC. Extra runs let you keep exploring for free. You don’t need an account to play.

A real player leaderboard

The daily board contains player-submitted, server-verified results. Scores come from the distance between guesses and their targets, with one daily attempt per device identity. It’s a friendly competition, not a prize game.

Data and credits

City names, coordinates, and population estimates are based on GeoNames, licensed under CC BY 4.0, with curated additions. Populations refer to city or municipal boundaries and vary by source date.

Country shapes use Natural Earth data. National merchandise export highlights are based on UN Comtrade. These highlights describe countries, not the exports of individual cities.
